Channel.
Confidential channel for reporting ethical concerns, policy breaches, or regulatory violations. Aligned with EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.
How To Report.
Send a written report to the address below. You may identify yourself or report anonymously. Both are accepted, both are protected, and both receive the same seriousness of review.
Received by a designated intake officer operating under the authority of the Founder. Access is restricted to named individuals authorised to process protected disclosures. Standard mail is also accepted at the registered office, marked Confidential — Whistleblowing.
For reports requiring anonymity: send from an anonymised mailbox you do not otherwise use. Do not include identifying information you do not intend to disclose. Anonymous reports are investigated to the extent the provided information permits.

From Receipt To Close.
Submit
Send a written report to the confidential channel. Include what happened, when, who was involved, and any supporting information you can share. You may identify yourself or report anonymously. Reports are received by a named intake officer under the authority of the Founder.
Acknowledge
You receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven (7) days — unless the report is anonymous and no reply channel is provided. The acknowledgement confirms that the report has been logged and what happens next.
Assess & Investigate
The intake officer assesses the report and refers it for investigation where appropriate. Investigations are proportionate to the nature of the concern and conducted with strict confidentiality. Where external investigation is warranted, it is conducted by qualified independent parties.
Feedback
You receive feedback on the assessment and any action taken within three (3) months of acknowledgement — unless legal constraints, the complexity of the investigation, or the protection of the reporter require otherwise. If more time is needed, you are informed and given an updated timeline.
Close & Record
Concluded reports are recorded in a confidential register maintained under the authority of the Founder. Annual anonymised summaries of the channel's activity are reviewed by leadership and inform future policy revisions.
What You Are Guaranteed.
Confidentiality
The identity of the reporting person — and of anyone named in the report — is kept strictly confidential. Information is disclosed only to those directly investigating the concern and only to the extent necessary. Unauthorised disclosure of a reporter's identity is itself a breach of this policy.
Non-Retaliation
Any form of retaliation — dismissal, demotion, withholding of promotion, negative performance assessment, harassment, discrimination, or contractual non-renewal — against a person who reports in good faith is prohibited. Retaliation is a serious disciplinary matter and may itself be reportable.
Good Faith
Protection applies to reports made in good faith, even if the concern is later shown to be unsubstantiated. A report made knowingly false, vexatious, or with the intent to cause harm is not protected and may itself be investigated.
External Channels
You may also report directly to competent external authorities — in Ireland, the Office of the Protected Disclosures Commissioner (since 2023); in other EU jurisdictions, the relevant national channel under EU Directive 2019/1937. No internal-first requirement applies.
