Principles First. Metrics As They Become Meaningful.

Webrandz Media Group, Stathon Technologies, and their subsidiaries operate below the statutory thresholds of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). We align voluntarily because our clients — many of whom are subject to both — rely on us as part of their own due diligence.

We publish principles here, not cosmetic metrics. Fabricated ESG numbers do more damage to institutional trust than their absence. Measurement is introduced where we can produce it in a structurally sound, third-party-verifiable form.

Concentrated Footprint By Design

Operations are deliberately concentrated rather than dispersed. No physical manufacturing, no vehicle fleet. Compute runs from a single AI data centre in Germany — built on state-of-the-art hardware and cooling architecture, chosen for efficiency per watt rather than raw scale. Every other function is digital and distributed.

Sovereign German Infrastructure

Production workloads, data storage, and AI inference run from our German data centre — selected for jurisdictional clarity, energy mix, and the technical envelope advanced AI workloads require. Delivery is handled through European edge nodes. Where supplemental capacity is required, providers are selected in part on their published environmental disclosures and renewable-energy commitments.

Minimal Hardware Cycle

Workforce devices are used to end-of-serviceable-life and refurbished through certified channels where feasible. We do not maintain a short refresh cycle for the sake of appearance.

No Greenwashing

We do not purchase offsets as a substitute for reducing our actual footprint. Where we have not yet established a measurement, we say so. Principles now, metrics as capacity grows — that is the honest order.

Distributed, Multi-National Workforce

The company operates across Ireland, Hungary, the DACH region, and Iberia. Leadership is distributed rather than centralised in a single country, reflecting the client base we serve and the regulatory contexts we navigate.

Fair Compensation & Contracting

All employees and long-term contractors are engaged on terms that reflect local market standards, with written agreements, clear scope, and timely payment. We do not use zero-hours or precarious arrangements as a cost-reduction mechanism.

Non-Discrimination & Anti-Harassment

Recruitment, progression, and engagement decisions are made on the basis of capability and contribution. Discrimination on protected grounds — race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, national origin — is prohibited in every part of the engagement lifecycle. Breaches are reportable under the Whistleblowing channel.

Professional Development

We invest in the continuing development of our people. Domain expertise in regulated sectors — healthcare, pharma, critical infrastructure — requires sustained learning, and that learning is paid for and formally time-boxed.

Community & Pro-Bono

We do not maintain a corporate philanthropy programme. Selective pro-bono work — for institutions whose public mission aligns with our capabilities — is evaluated on merit. When undertaken, it is disclosed.

Documented Decision Authority

Key decisions — accepting engagements, capital commitments, partnerships, policy revisions — are authorised at defined levels of responsibility. Authority limits are documented, and concentration of decision-making is reviewed as the company scales.

Anti-Bribery & Code of Conduct

Comprehensive Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy are published in this Trust Center, reviewed annually, and acknowledged by every person representing the company.

Independent Reporting Channel

A confidential whistleblowing channel, aligned with EU Directive 2019/1937, enables reporting of concerns without reliance on the standard management hierarchy.

Data Protection Officer Function

GDPR-related requests and data protection concerns are handled through hello@stathon.com with direct escalation to the Founder. As the company scales or processing volumes justify it, a formally designated Data Protection Officer will be appointed.

Review & Cadence

These principles are reviewed annually. As the company grows and measurement capacity matures, metrics will be added — and when CSRD thresholds are crossed, full ESRS-aligned reporting will be produced.
